Coaching That Actually Changes Things

This is Nicola’s space. Where the focus shifts from the business to the people driving it.

Through one-to-one coaching and leadership development, Nicola helps business owners, leaders, and professionals find clarity, confidence, and direction, in their work, mindset, and next chapter.

Coaching the 2.0 way isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you get out of your own way. To lead, decide, and grow with more clarity and confidence.

If you’re ready to stop second-guessing and start moving, let’s see if we’re the right fit for each other.

Professional Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching gets you thinking. Mentoring gives you the map.

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership, business, and people development, I work with professionals from all sectors who are ready to lead with intention, navigate change, and grow with confidence — in their careers, businesses, and lives.

I can offer a blend of coaching and/or mentoring. That means you’ll get the space to think deeply and move forward clearly, supported by someone who’s walked complex paths and brings both professional insight and personal care.

Whether you're at a crossroads, stepping into leadership, rebuilding after burnout, or simply ready to rediscover your spark. This is your space to pause, reflect, and take action.

Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about being truly listened to, seen clearly, and supported to move in a way that feels right for you.

Take note. Take action. Transform.

Leadership Coaching

This is for you if…
You’re a professional (private coaching):
  • You’ve “done well” on paper, but you’re running on fumes behind the scenes.
  • You’re stepping up (new role, bigger remit, first leadership job) and want to feel more in control.
  • You’re juggling ambition and life, and you’re tired of carrying it all in your head.
  • You want to lead with confidence, not perform confidence.
  • You’re at a crossroads: stay, go, restructure your role, or reset what success looks like.
You’re a business (stakeholder-sponsored coaching):
  • You’ve got strong people… but they’re stretched, reactive, or inconsistent under pressure.
  • You’re investing in leaders and want that investment to stick (retention, impact, succession).
  • You need your senior team aligned: clearer decisions, better communication, fewer friction points.
  • You’re scaling, changing, integrating, or restructuring—and leadership needs to keep up.
  • You want a safe, confidential space for leaders to think clearly and perform better.

What you’ll walk away with
  • Clarity that cuts through the noise: what matters, what doesn’t, and what to do next.
  • Confident decision-making: fewer wobbles, less overthinking, stronger judgement.
  • Better leadership presence: calm, credible, and consistent (even when it’s messy).
  • Sharper communication: clearer messages, stronger boundaries, better stakeholder management.
  • Resilience and energy management: sustainable performance without burning out.
  • Real-world tools you can use immediately: handling difficult conversations, influencing up, leading change, managing conflict, and staying effective under pressure.
  • Alignment between you and the business: performance that supports goals, culture, and results (not just “getting through the week”).
Whether you’re coming privately or through your employer, the outcome is the same: you lead better, feel better, and get better results.

How it works
1) A proper starting point (not a generic chat)
We begin with a focused intake to understand your goals, current challenges, leadership context, and what “better” actually looks like.
2) Coaching sessions with momentum
Sessions are structured, practical, and human. We work on what’s live right now without losing sight of the bigger picture.
3) Action between sessions
You’ll leave each session with clear actions, prompts, and tools to apply immediately (no homework for homework’s sake).
4) Support tailored to the setup
  • Private clients: fully confidential, built around your pace and priorities.
  • Company-sponsored: clear boundaries and confidentiality, with optional stakeholder alignment at the start and progress themes shared (never personal content) if you want that.
5) Review + next steps
We measure progress, lock in the changes, and decide what support you need next, if any.

Leadership Coaching
We offer executive coaching and strategic mentoring tailored for leaders, founders, and high-potential teams. People who want to lead with purpose, not just pressure.
Take note of what’s possible. Take action that makes it happen.

FAQs

1. Who is your coaching for?
I work with leaders, emerging leaders and high-potential talent in the property sector – as well as individuals who are at a crossroads in their career or business. That might be a newly promoted manager, a member of your leadership team, or someone who knows they’re not in the right role anymore and wants clarity on what’s next.

2. What types of coaching do you offer?
Broadly, coaching falls into three buckets:

  • Leadership & Executive Coaching – for business owners, directors and senior managers.

  • Onboarding / Transition Coaching – supporting new hires or internal promotions through the first 90–180 days.

  • Career & Clarity Coaching – for individuals wanting change, reinvention or a reset.
All programmes are tailored, but we’ll always agree focus areas and outcomes together at the start.

3. How does the coaching process work?
We’ll begin with a chemistry/intro call to check coaching is the right fit and to clarify what you want from it (or, if you’re sponsoring someone, what the business wants). From there we usually agree a set number of sessions over a fixed period (for example, 6–12 sessions over 3–12 months). Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes on Zoom, with check-ins or brief touchpoints in between if needed.

4. Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Coaching is a confidential, non-judgemental space. If your organisation is sponsoring the coaching, we may agree high-level themes or goals to share with them, but the content of sessions remains private unless the coachee chooses to share it. Clear boundaries are set at the start so everyone understands how it works.

5. How do fees and packages work?
Coaching is usually booked as a programme rather than one-off sessions, as change takes time. Packages vary depending on the length of the engagement, seniority and whether there’s additional support (e.g. onboarding frameworks, stakeholder feedback, workshops). Once we’ve discussed your needs, I’ll recommend a package with a fixed fee and clear outline of what’s included, so you know exactly what you’re investing in.
