We do not require special category data; if shared, we’ll request explicit consent. - Usage/technical data (IP, device, pages viewed, cookies, analytics IDs). - Marketing preferences.

How we use your data & legal bases - Provide services (recruitment, coaching, consultancy) — Contract. - Introduce candidates to clients and manage placements — Legitimate Interests (matching candidates to roles; LIA available). - Respond to enquiries and schedule meetings — Legitimate Interests/Contract. - Send newsletters/resources with your permission — Consent (you can withdraw anytime). - Improve our site/services and measure performance — Legitimate Interests. - Comply with laws (tax, fraud prevention) — Legal Obligation.

Sharing - With service providers (hosting, email, CRM, analytics) under DPAs. - With client companies when representing candidates (we’ll brief candidates before submitting). - International transfers may occur; safeguards: adequacy decisions/SCCs/UK IDTA.

Retention - Candidates: normally 24 months from last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner or consent to stay in‑touch longer. - Clients & suppliers: contract/financial records kept 6 years. - Marketing lists: until you opt out or we prune for inactivity.
